MYMEDIAPASTOR.COM was envisioned and managed by Mike Kirby. Mike Kirby is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of the Lynchburg Church of God (www.lynchburgcog.org). Growing up with a father who owns a multimedia production service, Mike has developed an eye for various forms of media. His media skills continued to develop over his last 6 years of full time youth, family care, and media ministry. “I’ve been in 4 very different church scenarios which has enabled me to discover what really works in a local church setting. I’ve seen God’s money wasted on fruitless advertising and gimics. But I’ve experienced the power of a well executed media plan.”

Mike Kirby - Owner
Mike has a beautiful family. He loves to spend time with his wife Kelli, his daughter Ava Grace, and his son Colt. Mike is a skilled graphic designer and video editor who has spent the last 20 years around computers and video. His wife Kelli is the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A® Wards Road and Chick-fil-A® River Ridge Mall. After seeing the need for our services, Kelli connected mymediapastor with her owner. After seeing great success, mymediapastor began to branch out to other stores. Kelli brings a wealth of knowledge of the Chick-fil-A® brand, operations, and special marketing needs as she works with mymediapastor. Josh Farmer - Sales and Marketing
Josh Farmer resigned from a career as an Air Traffic Controller to follow God's call on his life to be a Children's Pastor. He is currently serving as a Children's Pastor's Intern while working on his Bachelor's Degree in Religion with a minor in Church Ministries.
As a previous Media Pastor himself, Josh understands how overwhelming media integration can be. Josh has also seen firsthand how, when done correctly, its integration can be used to better connect with a congregation of any size. Josh is also very capable of helping anyone reach greater levels of effectiveness within their business through proper implementation of technology.
He strives to not only be a problem solver but an efficiency consultant. He is eager to discuss the needs of your organization and looks forward to describing how our services can help.
Rebecca Burke - Designer
Rebecca Burke is a senior at Liberty University completing her degree in Graphic Design and Photography. She has had a love for design since a young age and been working with design for over five years. The most important things to her are her Lord and Savior, her family, and design.
Tucker Francis - Designer
Tucker Francis is a graphic designer, currently in his Senior year at Liberty University. He is well-versed in all aspects of the design process, and has experience with everything from brand identity to custom typeface design. When he's not designing, Tucker enjoys writing music and spending time with friends.
Paul Burton - Developer
Paul Burton joined mymediapastor.com in August of 2011 to help with the programming aspect of the operation. Paul has been developing websites for over 5 Years, working with a large church and one international business and many smaller clients. Paul graduates from Liberty University in May 2012 with a Degree in Information Systems.
With two degrees in Information Technology and Information Systems Paul's knowledge is not limited to website development; but also Network design and installation, server development and management, and also application programming.
